Tonight marks the beginning of 10-days Vipassana Meditation Retreat at BM Buddhist Meditation Centre conducted by Ven. Sayadaw U Ukkhamsa. In the talk directed to the yogis, Sayadaw pointed out the ways to meditate such as sitting and walking meditation.
